1. General Policy

  • We do not accept returns for food products where the package seal has been opened, tampered with, or damaged.
  • Returns are accepted only for sealed, unopened, and unused products that are damaged in transit, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with the seal intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged/defective/incorrect product must be shared when raising the request.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with an opened or broken seal.
  • Items purchased on clearance or promotional sale.
  • Products that have been improperly stored or mishandled after delivery.

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
  • Approved returns will be eligible for either:
    • Replacement: Same product will be shipped again (subject to availability).
    • Refund: Processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item).

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders (if prepaid) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
